How we are paid

Having discussed your requirements, we normally arrange a face-to-face meeting, either at our offices or in the comfort of your own home.

The purpose of the meeting is to;

  • Gain a greater insight into your current and future financial circumstances
  • Establish whether we are able to assist with your needs and objectives.

We will also discuss at that meeting how we would be paid for our services should we be instructed to proceed.

There is no charge for this preliminary meeting and no obligation on either side.

We will then write to you confirming our discussions and our proposed level of remuneration. We will agree a fixed fee for an agreed plan of work.

This will be broken down into three elements:

  • Advice
  • Implementation and
  • Ongoing Service

If you ask us to arrange a mortgage we can be paid by fee or commission. If you choose to pay us by fee our typical charge would be £500.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
